At MKW Services, we understand that the design and estimate process is one of the most exciting parts of creating your outdoor oasis. Our goal is to bring your vision to life by understanding your lifestyle, wants, and needs. Here's how our process works:

Starting the process: Visit our “Project budget” page or feel free to use our instant calculators to get an approximate cost for your project. If you have photos or drawings of your desired backyard oasis, please send them along. You can also use our calculators for a fence quote. Once you've reviewed the instant quote, we'll be delighted to discuss your project in detail during the initial consultation.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We begin by scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and budget for your outdoor living project.
During this consultation, we'll talk about your lifestyle, wants, and needs, as well as the spaces you would like to create in your backyard.

Step 2: Design and Planning

Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, our expert design team will create a customized design plan that reflects your unique style and vision.
We'll discuss the use of your backyard space and the design style you prefer.
It's advised that you think about the spaces you would like to create and any design inspirations you may have. A picture is worth a thousand words, so if you see something you like, we encourage you to bring it along!

Step 3: Estimate

Once the design is finalized, we'll provide you with a detailed estimate for the project.
Our team will work with you to ensure that the project fits within your budget and meets your expectations.

Step 4: Material Selection

With the design and estimate approved, we'll help you select the highest quality materials for your project, ensuring durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Step 5: Construction

Our experienced team will begin the construction process, adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Throughout the construction phase, we'll keep you updated on the progress and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Step 6: Final Inspection and Approval

We won't consider the project finished until you're completely happy with the results.
